Reid Sharp

President & CEO

Reid Sharp has served as President of the Bank since February 1994, and worked at the Bank since 1983.  He became a Director in 1989, and he has also served in many other roles in the bank, including Chief Lending Officer prior to his current role.  He is a graduate of the SWGSB School of Banking at SMU, and has served in various committees within the Texas banking landscape over his long career.  Reid is a fifth generation Bastropian, and a graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station.

Deleigh Brooks

Chief Risk Officer

Deleigh Brooks serves as the Bank’s Chief Risk Officer.  She joined the bank in 1994, and is responsible for overseeing compliance, audit, enterprise risk management and is the chair of the Bank’s Risk Management Committee.  Deleigh is a graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station, and is a licensed certified public accountant in Texas.

Chase “CB” Browning

Chief Operating Officer

Chase “CB” Browning serves as Chief Operating Officer, and he is responsible for Marketing, Security, Facilities Management, Payment Operations, Customer Connect, Loan Operations, and our Retail Network.  Before joining the Bank, CB was a Senior Vice President, Retail Regional Manager at Independent Financial in McKinney, Texas, and prior to that CB was Executive Vice President with BBVA.   CB is a graduate from Baylor University Honor’s College in Waco, Texas, with a B.A. in International Studies.  CB also earned his Master of Arts degree from Norwich University in Northfield, Vermont.

Lynn Frerich

Chief Lending Officer

Lynn Frerich serves as the Bank’s Chief Lending Officer beginning in 2019, and as such is responsible for executing the lending strategy.  Lynn has been with the bank since 2002, when we acquired Community Bank of Central Texas in Smithville.   In addition to being a proven and dependable lender, Lynn has also served in numerous other positions in his banking career including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operations Officer and CRA Officer.

Dianna Kana

Chief Human Resources Officer

Dianna Kana serves as the bank’s Chief Human Resources Officer. Kana joined the Bank in 1996 as Human Resources Officer, and during her tenure has taken additional responsibility, such as serving as the Chief Operations Officer for eight years. A Bastrop, Texas native, Kana graduated from The University of Texas at Austin and holds a Professional in Human Resources certification from HRCI® and the SHRM Certified Professional credential from the Society for HR Management. Dianna’s 38 years in training and experience in human resources is invaluable, as human capital is a strategic focus for the bank while we focus on growth.

Jason Miller

Chief Financial Officer

Jason has experience in mortgage, manufactured housing, and investment advisory services.   During his career he has shown the ability to build high performing teams while transitioning from a “Big Bank” background to a start-up and community banking background. Much of his success has been the ability to integrate the process and controls of larger organizations into community banks and start-ups providing them with the structure and framework needed to grow and succeed.

Fil Valderrama

Executive Vice President, Lending

Fil Valderrama serves as the Bank’s Executive Vice President – Lending, and has been with the Bank since 1991.  Prior to assuming his current role he served as the Chief Lending Officer from 2016 through 2018.  He holds a degree from the University of Texas in Finance and is a graduate of the Southwest Graduate School of Banking at SMU.  Fil has served on the Board of Directors since 2016.

Brad Warrenburg

Chief Credit Officer

Brad graduated from Texas A&M in College Station with a degree in Finance. Has worked in banking for 36 years. After credit training he became a credit analyst and then worked as a commercial lending officer for 27 years. For the past 7 years, he has served as a Chief Credit Officer for Community Banks.
