Dianna Kana
Chief Human Resources Officer
Dianna Kana serves as the bank’s Chief Human Resources Officer. Kana joined the Bank in 1996 as Human Resources Officer, and during her tenure also served as the Chief Operations Officer for eight years. A Bastrop, Texas native, Kana graduated from The University of Texas at Austin and holds both PHR and SHRM-CP professional human resource credentials. Dianna’s 40 years of experience in human resources is invaluable, as human capital is a strategic priority for the bank while we focus on growth.
