What does it cost?
You’ll always see the transfer fee and exchange rate before you confirm² — no hidden costs.
How much can I send?
Transfer limits may apply based on account type, destination country, and the account holder’s KYC verification status.
Can a transfer be canceled?
Yes. Transfers may be canceled if the funds have not yet been picked up by the designated recipient or deposited into the recipient’s account. Bank account transfers can be canceled in the app within 30 minutes of submission. Cash pickup transfers require contacting the FNB support team.
