Fil Valderrama
Executive Vice President
Fil Valderrama has over 40 years of banking and currently serves as Executive Vice President Lending. He has been with the Bank since 1991 and served as Chief Lending Officer from 2016 to 2018. Fil specializes and has vast experience in commercial lending. He is also a Bank Board Member since 2016. He holds a degree from the University of Texas in Economics and is a graduate of the Southwest Graduate school of Banking at SMU and the Texas Tech University School of Banking. “I find my greatest satisfaction and purpose in my career is to help make people’s dreams come true. If at the end of the day I have directly or indirectly helped somebody get closer to realizing those dreams, then I know I have served the community.”
