Kristina Nocella Dillon, CPA serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). She brings over 25 years of experience working with and for community banks. Dillon is responsible for steering the financial strategies of FNB and contributing to its continued growth and success. Dillon holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Baylor University and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to FNB. Prior to joining FNB, Dillon led and trained audit teams throughout her career for international and regional accounting firms, serving as Managing Director in her last role.
