Laura Krcmar serves as Executive Vice President of Recruiting and Development, leading the bank’s strategic efforts to strengthen organizational culture and cultivate talent and leadership at every level. With more than 18 years of experience in learning and organizational leadership—including service as a school principal, director, and interim chief of human capital—she is dedicated to growing people and building systems that help them thrive. Laura also develops the bank’s secondary and collegiate internship programs, community career‑exposure initiatives, and assists in building financial‑literacy partnerships and curriculum that support lifelong learning across all ages. She is honored to serve the community she and her family call home. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University, a master’s degree from Concordia University, and professional human resources credentials including PHR and SHRM‑CP
