Celebrating Teachers Social Media Contest
FNB is celebrating the hard work and dedication of teachers in Bastrop County! To express gratitude for their contributions to education, we'll be randomly awarding 3 educators with cash & a personalized door sign.
1. Eligibility:
The contest is open to educators who teach at a school in Bastrop County aged 18 and above. School ID must be presented upon prize pick up. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
2. How to Enter:
To enter, participants must follow FNBBASTROP on Facebook.
Participants must then like the contest post and leave a comment with #fnbcelebratingteachers
Only one entry per person is allowed.
3. Entry Deadline:
The deadline for entries is Friday, May 10th 5pm CST
4. Prizes:
Three lucky winner will be randomly selected to receive:
1st: $100 & customized door sign
2nd: $75 & customized door sign
3rd: $50 & customized door sign
Odds of winning dependent upon entries.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
5. Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
The winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform on Monday, May 13.
Winners are responsible for picking up prizes at our Headquarters location, 489 HWY 71, Bastrop.
If the winner does not respond within 1 week, an alternate winner may be selected. If no winner responds, unclaimed prizes returned to sponsor.
6. Rights and Usage:
By participating, entrants grant First National Bank the right to announce their name on social media as the winner.
First National Bank may also request the winner's consent to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes.
7. Legal Considerations:
By entering, participants agree to abide by these rules and all decisions made by First National Bank.
First National Bank reserves the right to disqualify any entries that violate the rules or contain inappropriate content.
This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.|

First National Bank reserves the right to modify the rules or terminate the contest at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

By participating in the contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless FNB Bastrop, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or injuries arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded herein. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred by any entrant or third party. Entrants further agree that the Released Parties are not responsible for any technical, hardware, software, or internet malfunctions, errors, or failures that may occur, including but not limited to: incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information; human or technical errors related to the administration of the Contest; or any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize. Entrants waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
