First National Bank of Bastrop Named Business of the Year by Bastrop ISD Community Relations

First National Bank of Bastrop is honored to announce that we have been recognized as Business of the Year by Bastrop ISD Community Relations, a distinction that reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting education, strengthening our communities, and investing in the success of local students.

In addition to this prestigious recognition, we were also honored for our partnerships with our adopted campuses: Camino Real Elementary, Creekside Middle School, and Red Rock Elementary. At First National Bank of Bastrop, we believe community banking extends far beyond financial services. It means building meaningful relationships, supporting local schools, and creating opportunities that help students, educators, and families thrive.

Working alongside Bastrop ISD has allowed us to support students in meaningful ways throughout their educational journey. From financial literacy programs like Banking Buddies and Teach Children to Save to career fairs, Community Connects, classroom presentations, our internship program, and our continued support of the Bastrop Education Foundation, we are committed to creating opportunities that help students explore career paths, build confidence, and develop lifelong skills.

Our partnership extends beyond the classroom. By investing our time, resources, and expertise, we strive to support educators, empower students, and strengthen the connection between education and our local business community. These efforts reflect our commitment to Bastrop ISD's mission and our belief that strong schools build stronger communities.

This recognition is a reflection of our employees, who generously volunteer their time and talents to serve our schools and community throughout the year. Whether mentoring students, teaching financial literacy, participating in career fairs, supporting educational initiatives, or giving back through community events, our team is dedicated to making a lasting impact.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Bastrop ISD Community Relations, our adopted campuses, administrators, teachers, and everyone who partners with us to create opportunities for students. Together, we are building stronger schools, stronger families, and a stronger Bastrop County.
